Woodruff Johnson Evans & Haugen Receive the Prestigious FOP Blue & Gold Award
We are extremely proud to share that our law firm recently received the Illinois Federation of Police’s Blue & Gold Award for our commitment to the men and women of law enforcement.
The award was presented at the 28th Biennial Illinois Fraternal Order of Police State Conference on July 29th, 2016.
The Blue & Gold Award recognizes a non-member organization that has shown great generosity and support to the FOP.

We were recognized for our many years of sponsoring FOP events, supporting law enforcement officers, and as a major contributor to the FOP’s new Disaster Response unit. Our firm has a long history of representing FOP members who have been injured in the line of duty. One of our greatest duties is protecting the rights and safety of first responders. When receiving this award, our thoughts return to the people in this field who truly are our heroes.
The Fraternal Order of Police, founded in 1915, is the largest organization of sworn law enforcement officers in the United States. With a proud tradition of officers representing officers, the FOP is the most respected and most recognized police organization in the country. The Illinois FOP, chartered in 1963, is the second largest State Lodge, proudly representing more than 34,000 active duty and retired police officers – more than 10 percent of all FOP members nationwide.
