For a 60-year-old textbook salesman driving on 87th Street and Woodward Avenue in Woodridge, Illinois. As he approached the intersection, a ComEd driver turned left into his path and caused a severe collision. Our attorneys recovered police Dashcam video/audio which established that the ComEd driver was unsure of whether he had the left turn signal. The injury victim suffered a left tibial plateau fracture which required surgery. He also sustained a right wrist fracture which did not require surgery.
