Workers Compensation attorney Jay Johnson proudly presented on Injured School Employee Rights and Benefits at the 2019 Illinois Education Association (IEA) One Conference on October 4th in Oak Brook.
Over 1,200 delegates attended the 2019 IEA One Conference for Education Support Professionals (ESP), Higher Education, and IEA Retired members from school districts throughout the state of Illinois. Jay presented an interactive speech with a Q & A session on “The Injured School Employee: Rights and Benefits.”
The firm was delighted to have Dr. Stacy Burroughs as an honored guest at the conference to kick off the 2020 Burroughs Education Scholarship. This is the 3rd year Woodruff Johnson & Evans has sponsored the scholarship which is awarded to a college-bound child of a school employee.
For more than 20 years, the law firm of Woodruff Johnson & Evans has been proud to be one of the few firms recommended by the IEA to handle members’ workers’ compensation claims.
